AOB2 Initial meeting with client

This post is about you evidencing that you had a meeting with a client to discus the brief.

Use this as a template for your writing but don't copy large chunks.

"Having just met with the client, we have discussed the brief in detail the manner as to which we will proceed with the promotion of the new film 'Locked and Loaded'. The client was keen that the film's 2 main stars were featured heavily within the promotional material. Upon our first meeting it was decided that a DVD cover, film poster and magazine cover would be the most suitable means to achieve recognition of the film.  The client was keen for me to look at some similar examples to base my initial ideas on."

Include a selection (3 of each) of similar artefacts as examples.
